Construction Sales PA/NJ
- Developing territory: The Regional Sales Rep will have a strong focus on new business to business development, establishing new relationships, managing and growing accounts. They will be responsible for qualifying the market and identifying and opening stone, brick, building supply dealers in PA, NJ.
- Product and Sales Training: Successful candidate will train clients outside and inside sales teams so that they can enthusiastically, successfully and adeptly promote the product line
- Account Management: Account development through strong interpersonal relationships, attention to detail and excellent customer service
- Creating Product Community: The Regional Sales Rep will work independently and with dealers to create enthusiasm and drive sales to dealers through marketing to Architects, Landscape Architects, Builders, Masons & Landscapers through lunch and learn presentations, networking and local trade associations.
- Product Specification: The successful territory is established through intensive work with architectural firms. The candidate should be versed in promoting to and following up with the architectural community and following projects through to the sale.
- The successful candidate should be comfortable with regular travel throughout the territory. This is a remote position; therefore, the candidate will have a home office within the territory
Qualifications:
- This is a great position for a college graduate. Minimum of five years of sales experience (construction/masonry/building products preferred)
- Excellent organization, communication and follow through skills
- Ability to identify key players within an organization and determine the appropriate approaches
- Sense of urgency
- Creative problem solving
- A strong desire to provide professional customer service
- Successful in creating and maintaining professional relationships
- Ability to work remotely via cloud computing
