Healthcare Customer Service Representative


Job Description:

Aerotek is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist one of the nation's largest healthcare companies. This person will be tasked with taking inbound calls pertaining to the NYS COVID Hotline



Duties:

Answer general questions related to COVID updates/changes to NYS executive orders and guidelines related to COVID. Ex: Travel Advisory and quarantine requirements, Nursing Home visits etc.



Complete intake forms for scheduling of COVID appointments.



Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work 100% remote. (Must be close enough to Albany to pick up/ drop off equipment)



Ability to work holidays if your schedule falls on them



Ability to work a shift between 7am-10pm



High school diploma/GED



Strong communication skills



Need internet at home, along with quiet area to work



Previous customer service experience
