Manager, Brand PR & Social Media - Remote
This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of Chico’s, White House Black Market and Soma’s social marketing campaigns. The position oversees brand objectives through coordination with the cross functional teams; will also help develop a business vision for social media and identify opportunities and important trends.
Develops monthly social content for Chico’s, WHBM and Soma and works closely with cross-functional marketing teams to maximize content.
Executes monthly campaigns on social media platforms for Chico’s, White House Black Market and Soma.
Develops and implements tactical social media initiatives, such as sweepstakes, for customer acquisition and retention.
Manages and maintains community relationship on consumer social networking sites which include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
Works closely with marketing and creative teams to align goals and ensure smooth and timely implementation of content programs.
Responsible for vendor relations for social media tools and services.
Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly social reporting.
Responsible for meeting annual revenue goals, engagement and additional KPIs for each brand.
Oversees customer communication on all social platforms in partnership with Customer Service team.
Works closely with influencer team to maintain communications with influencers on brand social channels.
Works closely with PR agency for social amplification for each campaign execution.
Educates internal partners and colleagues about PR and social media, new trends and best practices.
Promotes social media activities internally with corporate office, distribution center and field associates.

Bachelor’s Degree required; in Marketing, Social Marketing, PR, Communications or similar field preferred
5+ years of experience required
Working knowledge of all social media platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with digital media (video and photography), as well as social media platforms, programs, techniques, functionality, custom applications and blog platforms
Working knowledge of industry and social media trends
Excellent multi-tasker with a proven time management/prioritization track record
Confidentiality and the ability to manage sensitive information is a priority in this role
Ability to effectively manage multiple, concordant tasks and projects
Excellent interpersonal skills
