Client Services Representative
We are looking for a Client Services Manager *Rockstar* to join our exciting team. We are an Atlanta Based, Streaming Media Company. We need a strong, self-managed, detail oriented person to:
1. Manage Customer Service Requests (e-mail and phone)
2. On-Board new clients
3. Manage all aspects of existing business, e-mails. social media
4. Manage content on the platform
5. Manage the CEO's calendar, booking appointments, answering e-mails
6. Blog posts
7. Monthly commission payments
8. Prospecting and potentially closing new business
9. Anything else that may be needed
10. Manage relationships with key partners, clients, etc.
This is a remote position, with a once a week meeting in our Buckhead offices, to go over all of the priorities, initiatives, etc.
We are a fast paced, high intensity company and looking for someone who thrives on keeping things organized, as well as may bring new ideas to help us grow.
The hours are M-F 11 am-4 pm est. We will provide all training necessary. We provide an hourly rate, plus commissions on any new business closed. The hourly rate is $10.00 per hour and we pay a one-time $1,500 commission on all new closed account.
