Program Coordinator


This position is negotiable anywhere within the United States, with a preference for Arlington, VA and Morgantown, WV.

To be considered for the Coordinator role, interested candidates must provide answers to the following questions separate from a cover letter:

  • What is your experience with scheduling? What skills do you utilize to manage scheduling-related tasks?
  • Describe your experience managing data or information for numerous clients or stakeholders. What is the most challenging aspect of this work?
  • Do you have experience with planning events and travel logistics? If so, please provide an example or two.


  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-year experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.
  • Experience performing one or more administrative processes.
  • Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people.


  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experiences are appreciated.
  • Database skills, including managing and tracking data, and producing reports.
  • Excellent customer service skills and focus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze information for the purpose of preparing reports, coordinating activities, and solving problems.
  • Ability to apply research skills.
  • Ability to write and edit written materials for use with program communications and special events.
  • Experience, coursework, or other training in relevant field.


The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $39,000 – $62,000 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
