senior Software Engineer / Back End / Database

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain present database
- Plan expansion architecture.
- Recommend best practices,
- Review sql queries, identify bottlenecks.
- participate in code reviews, freely giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Be able to receive feedback from others in the organization including your teammates
- Write unit and integration tests
- Troubleshoot bugs in the application
- Research new and innovative technologies and speak to the pros and cons of adopting them
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions
- There will be a continuous focus on improving performance of servers.
Required Skills
- 5 years’ experience database planning and execution
- Experienced in Linux, Ubuntu Servers
- Knowledgeable in configuring Apache, Postfix
- Expert Knowledgeable in MySQL
- Add/Maintained database schema: MySQL
Prefer Experience with any of the following:
- Node.js
- Full stack development
- Twilio experience
- Microsoft Azure
- Micro services/server-less,
- Twilio Experience
- Building Saas web application: 2 years (Preferred)
- Scaling Server Architecture
