Marketing and Event Coordinator - Remote | Wfh
We're looking for a marketing and event coordinator to join our team and help us drive company growth and brand exposure across various vertical markets. As part of the company brand team, you'll play a key role in representing at multiple events and trade shows, managing logistics, and executing on pre- and post-event details. You'll create detailed timelines and checklists to ensure all deadlines are met and no details are overlooked, and maintain a detailed event calendar and swag inventory.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have 1-2 years of experience with corporate event planning and project management, and a bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, or a similar field. You'll be a problem solver, able to work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines, and have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills. You'll also need to be willing to travel domestically to onsite events as required.
