Salary Range: $28.00 - $32.50 per hour.

KeyLogic is seeking a Test Engineer to support the IT program at a major national laboratory. Corporate Web Design & Development provides web design and development services across the enterprise. Organization considers the necessary content management and delivery vehicles needed to attain customer business goals, including web content and communication products. The Subcontractor shall consult and support all aspects of web development, such as systems analysis and design, user interface and experience design, workflow support, programming, project leadership, and product user training and support.
Responsibilities
Web Designer to design and construct web sites, web pages, web application user interfaces or web components, including graphics, animation and functionality, audio and video, page layout, navigation, user interface graphics, icons, and color schemes. Designs, configures, or maintains internal and external websites, web application user interfaces, and web site components that support Sandia National Laboratories' image and identity using a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces, multiscreen venues, two- and three-dimensional modeling, animation, video, and various multimedia. Works with designers, programmers, writers and other creative specialists to create visually rich and effective web content that delivers a positive user experience and aligns with overall objectives and web standards.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- HS Degree & 2 years of experience
- Candidate can work virtually.
- Candidate must have experience with WordPress.
- Basic understanding publication policies, practices, and procedures; and web design and development principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
- Experience developing and maintaining web sites, web applications, or web site components.
- Ability to conceptualize elements of web site development or administration, including the delivery of clear and concise communications to appropriate audiences.
- Familiarity with streaming media concepts and techniques, including digital video and audio compression standards such as MP3, WAV, and MPEG.
