Data Entry Clerk Duties And Responsibilities

Transfer data from various sources into our new database with speed and accuracy

Update databases or records with new information as soon as it becomes available

Identify and correct any errors or inaccuracies in files and records

Follow established security protocols and perform regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly

Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed

Data Entry Clerk Requirements And Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in data entry or a related field is a plus, but not required

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Able to type quickly and accurately, with knowledge of touch typing preferred

Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
