DuraServ is searching for a VP of Sales and Division Manager. This exciting and prestigious position is responsible for managing the sales teams, operations and personally selling to selected accounts. The ideal candidate must be a high energy and self-motivated to lead their territory into one of DuraServ’s most lucrative areas. The VP of Sales and Division Manager will be the successor of the founder and current leader of the division. What you can expect to do:
  • Recruit and retain successful sales staff
  • Become known as an employer of choice and a sales force that top salespeople want to join
  • Execute sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting, drive the business to meet and exceed annual budget
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

Education and requirements

  • Degree required
  • Experience of dock or door industry is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Compensation

  • Salary plus commission, (unlimited potential) commensurate with experience
