The Retail Communications Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and executing Retail’s communication strategies. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the Retail’s current internal communications structure, while supporting the build out of future initiatives in an effort to increase employee awareness, engagement and comprehension as we scale our brick and mortar presence. The Retail Communications Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Manager of Retail L&D and Communications.
Must live in a city with a flagship store - San Francisco, CA, West Hollywood, CA, Chicago, IL, New York City, NY.

  • Support in execution of Retail initiatives and projects through effective communication and content creation
  • Maintain and upkeep all internal resources, documentation and messaging on a continuous basis within our internal communications platform
  • Partner closely with Retail Operations and Training teams to scale our retail operating model consistently from a communications perspective
  • Create assets for delivering information to the field, ensuring maximum engagement and understanding
  • Building and continuously optimizing communication templates, ensuring that business partners are trained accordingly
  • Assist with the maintenance of the Retail Planning Calendar
  • Provide timely reporting and follow-up on store task compliance and overall readership
  • Surface opportunities to increase employee engagement and awareness

What You Bring To The Role
  • Bachelor's Degree within Business Management, Communications or a related field
  • 2+ years direct experience in retail communications roles directly supporting stores is required; experience in a high-growth retail environment is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of store operations and communicating to field teams
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects at once and feels comfortable with decision making based on key focuses determined by Retail Leadership and Manager.
  • Ability to use data and feedback to identify gaps in process and inefficiencies and help implement improvements
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast paced, remote, work environment
  • A quick learner with strong systems skills to manage multiple internal platforms and systems simultaneously

The expected salary range for this role is $70,786.00 - $85,170.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
