We are seeking an individual who will train to become a Keller Williams Realtor, partnering with clients to help them find their dream home. Our KW Realtors will be responsible for performing market research and showing clients multiple properties. Successful candidates will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills and an eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Negotiate on behalf of clients.
- Help clients understand various mortgage options and make recommendations.
- Help clients understand various types of property insurance and make recommendations.
- Help clients understand existing property value and how to increase it.
- Provide advice on real estate planning for clients.
- Help new home buyers find the best available mortgage rate, home or condo and ensure the client's satisfaction with the deal.
- Advise sellers and buyers on deal terms such as pricing, negotiating price, a broker's fee level, marketing of the property, and many others.

Pay: From $99,999.00 per year
