EvolutionHR is currently looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives to support a large retail organization. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls, emails, and messages to resolve Customer inquiries.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Answer and respond to inbound traffic from Customers
  • Offer excellent communications and resolutions to inbound callers
  • Learn and understand the Product of the retailer to answer Customer inquiries
  • Work remotely in an effective manner, without constant supervision
  • 1+ year of experience within Customer Service, Call Center or Client Facing environments
  • Excellent communication skills needed in order to resolve customer inquiries
  • MUST HAVE reliable Internet connectivity to perform this position (will be required to pass a speed test of internet)
  • Ability to work remotely with extreme attention to detail and high availability/response rate
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Pay: $14/hour during the contract period
  • Shift: Day and Evening shifts available
  • Monday – Friday and one weekend day
  • Medical Benefits offered while on contract
  • All equipment provided (Monitors, Keyboard, Ethernet Cord, Mouse, CPU, etc.)
  • Excellent Product Specific training provided
  • Day shift
