ourlinQ is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help be a part of a small team and help take them to the next level.
Position Type: Full-time
Effectively communicate and coordinate with the Director of Sales and sales team
Primary Responsibilities: In your role as Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be part of our growing team by performing the functions and duties listed below:
Research and identify high-potential leads, convert opportunities, and connect with customers large and small over the phone and via email.
Own and build a sales pipeline by working collaboratively with Account Executive and Sales Director
Working with a performance-focused sales team that rewards success, learns from failures, and continuously strives to be better every single day
Qualify and nurture new leads into revenue through well planned and executed efforts
Prioritize and organize day-to-day activities to ensure all sales quota and management objectives are met
Manage and track leads via CRM/Hubspot while maintaining accurate and up to date records
Achieve quarterly quotas + daily KPI’s
Experience & Certifications Required: • A High School Degree or equivalent relevant business experience
- Superb communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly competitive with a strong desire to succeed
- Experience selling in software
- Sales experience
- Tech-savvy willing to learn new tools
Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
Occasional travel by car to events or team meetings may be required
Occasional air travel required
Typically, in an office environment with occasional visits to client and/or project sites.
