- Artiva Healthcare and Artiva Revenue Management experience preferred but not required.
Complete exchange of Data between Client and System and analyzes operation metrics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
In collaboration with Corporate Compliance, works with Workflow Analyst to write and edit policies and procedures, as well as maintain them in the SharePoint document management system.
Work with multiple business stakeholders to assist in the development and reporting of KPIs in order to insight on trends, drivers, and to improve business processes.
Support daily routines including exchanges, report runs, letters, statements, and tactics.
Perform daily routines including file exchanges, report runs, letters, statements, file maintenance and prep pre Artiva-load and pre-client delivery when necessary, and tactics.
Deliver report to specific departments as needed.
Respond to client inquiries regarding file and data exchanges.
Assist in performing financial analyses and other ad-hoc projects, including scenario planning for new and existing business opportunities.
Support weekly routines including client trust, recon reports, department dashboards along with month end processes.
Review accounts as based on exception reporting to ensure accounts are following automation.
Support departmental activities to comply with regulatory requirements and audits.
Provide updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with client contractual agreements.
Other department tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Associates Degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Science preferred. Three years’ experience in an administrative role or experience with debt management/collection software; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additionally, ideal candidates will possess:
- Prior experience with Artiva.
- Prior experience with utilizing Accounts Receivable Management Systems with integrated dashboards to measure business data and empower management.
- Expertise with Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot (DAX), and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and Structured Query Language (SQL) in order to interact with database systems and develop applications to automate processes and increase staff effectiveness.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
