Client Services Coordinator 🔥

We have an exciting new opportunity at Grants Plus! We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to assist in our service delivery efforts to further Grants Plus client relationships, with a focus on overseeing and coordinating the company’s processes for onboarding and stewarding relationships with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has strong project management skills with high attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task and direct workflows.

Description of the role

As a member of the Client Services division, you will support and work closely with the Managing Director of Client Services and other members of the team. You will have independent responsibility for maintaining, documenting, and executing our agreement process while adhering to effective project management and client satisfaction practices.

Understands the importance of client satisfaction practices and building trust in those interactions.

Strong organizational skills and adept at troubleshooting challenges by resolving them through communication, process and technology solutions.

Adeptness at using tools and technology and a knack (and zest) for manipulating and interpreting data.

A way with words in verbal and written communication, with an ability to warmly, clearly, and concisely express what is most important.

Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising is a big plus!

A proactive, can-do, let's-get-things-done attitude. You excel in a fast-paced environment with lots of moving pieces and parts. You don't shy away from holding colleagues accountable when you need to! And you put a high priority on seeing deadlines through. You thrive on hard work, are driven to achieve, and seek to smile and have fun in the process.


  • Demonstrated experience in an environment that involves contract management, relationship agreements, and project management.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining accurate files and databases.
  • Experience using technology tools and software; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Reports to: Managing Director of Client Services

Location: The Client Services Coordinator will join a remote work environment, working from anywhere in the U.S. When travel can be safely resumed, occasional travel may be required to the firm's main office in Cleveland, Ohio and elsewhere.

Compensation: This is a full-time salaried position. Compensation includes generous benefits (health insurance, paid time off and company holidays, Simple IRA plan, and bonuses based on individual and company performance). Salary will be based on experience; the salary band for this role is between $45,000 to $60,000.
