Marketing Designer

Marketing Designer

About the role

We are looking for a marketing graphic designer to help raise the next $1 billion for charity. This role will require taking on a high level of responsibility across a wide variety of projects. We are looking for someone with strong skills in graphic design across print and web.

  • Work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to design print and digital collateral for various purposes
  • Help enhance visual direction and maintain consistent branding across channels
  • Help craft and elevate a brand that is innovating philanthropy and end-of-life-planning
  • Specifically, you may be responsible for delivering:
  • one-pagers and one-pager templates for different audiences
  • fact-sheets and case studies
  • slides and presentations
  • illustrations for use on web and print
  • email templates and campaigns
  • social media graphics and other advertisement assets
  • informational guides and documents
  • sales training manuals and employee handbooks
  • landing pages and microsites
  • A degree in visual/graphic design or demonstrated grasp of fundamental design principles.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience as a visual or graphic designer
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled across Adobe Creative Suite products, specifically InDesign
  • Experience with vector-based illustration and UI software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent
  • You have an intense attention to detail
  • You are voraciously curious and a fast learner
  • You have good time management skills
  • You're an excellent communicator and enjoy learning and collaborating with different teams
  • You make decisions based on data where possible
  • You explore many design solutions, and are able to speak to the pros and cons of each
