Marketing Coordinator, Social Media & Agent Services


The Marketing Coordinator, Social Media & Agent Services is responsible for assisting with operational and execution support for our Social Media Coordination (SMC) program including processing new inquiries, on and off boarding of agents, training and other administrative tasks. The SMC program helps Realty Austin and Realty San Antonio’s top real estate agents grow their business through social media, content management and brand awareness. This position will also support execution of company social media content, blog content and other marketing team agent services tasks.

Major Responsibilities:

Social Media Coordinator Program

  • Help process new agent inquiries with an overview of the program options and managing waitlisted agents for onboarding.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding and training new Social Media Coordinators to prepare them for success in their role supporting agents.
  • Support assignment or changes of agents to Social Media Coordinators according to best fit, available time and healthy mix of plan packages.
  • Develop and maintain necessary resources, process documentation and templates for onboarding, offboarding and training.
  • Maintain service order contracts and other program documentation
  • Set-up and execute work order contracts via DocuSign
  • Attend first onboarding call with coordinator to ensure proficiency in support hand-off
  • Check in with agents on a monthly or quarterly basis to ensure satisfaction in program
  • Resolve and escalate coordinator or agent issues as needed
  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining detailed notes for offboarding agents, identify gaps or areas for program improvements
  • Participate in Weekly L10 Meetings with Coordinators to cascade updates, resolve issues and build team rapport
  • Update program social media management subscription, profile usage, and growth
  • Support research, development and ongoing maintenance of Social Media training opportunities for the SMC program and marketing team members
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on dashboard profiles, usage, social ad campaign billing, and agent contracts
  • Maintain program scorecard, measuring KPIs across enrolled agent accounts, drive innovation for continuous improvement and growth in areas such as followers, engagement, link clicks, impressions, reach, paid advertising strategy and campaigns
  • Develop program templates for Agent Recognition, Listing Marketing and or other content produced by our team and provided to the SMCs and agents
  • Assist the content manager, design manager and social media manager with content updates, postings and other production execution for social, blogs and various online or print content.
  • Process social media assets including album creation, tagging, and posts
  • Monitor and respond to comments from social media channels daily
  • Upload social headers to G+, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Social media profile, posting and monitoring for executive management team
  • Assist with back up and vacation support for Marketing help request issues, providing timely and professional responses
  • Follow marketing policies and processes utilizing organizational tools, checklists and file servers
  • Support Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business relationship
  • Social software vendor and issues escalation support
  • Store relevant documents and folders in Google Drive, creating an effective hierarchy and naming convention for search and retrieval
  • Work to achieve department quarterly rocks that support the company’s VTO
  • Establish and maintain a professional image within the Marketing Department
  • Identify problems and systems that aren’t working
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned
  • Prioritize daily work flow for self
  • Resolve escalated agent dissatisfaction with marketing team and vendors
  • Escalate sensitive issues to management as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications (or similar)
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing and Project Management or similar role
