Digital Growth Marketing Manager

The Digital Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for all online marketing initiatives with a passion for building digital growth strategies and playing a key role in implementing campaign strategies from the company’s Vision. As a data-driven leader with a proven track record in executing high-performing awareness and acquisition marketing, you have a drive for creating processes, analyzing consumer touchpoints, and monitoring performance to drive innovation. You thrive on working with creative teammates to launch multi-touch marketing campaigns.

This position will oversee campaigns from their initial ideation through implementation and ongoing optimizations. You will take a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving, have a proven track record of building and executing strategic lead generation campaigns driving new customer acquisition. In this role, you will manage campaigns that focus on metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend. You will work closely with senior technical and marketing leaders; it will be critical that you can take ownership of the optimization of paid digital initiatives which are a direct driver of the company’s revenue and brand awareness. As a brand steward, you will help ensure consistent, compelling narratives and evolving messages to key audiences.

Major Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Implementation:

  • Overseeing direction and execution for all digital marketing campaigns across channels
  • Drive user acquisition through performance marketing on major digital platforms including social, paid search, and display for agent recruitment and home buyer and seller leads.
  • Responsible for developing growth recommendations that align to goal KPIs around user acquisitions, retention, target audience, and channel mix
  • Subject matter expert in current and emerging digital channels
  • Manage ad spend budgets and recommendations for improving cost-effectiveness
  • Think creatively about new ways to introduce our brand to new customers and increase the relevance
  • Plan, execute and measure a/b experiments and conversion tests
  • In-depth knowledge of media platform best practices and website analytics
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Experienced in organizational campaign planning and developing cross-functional work back schedules to ensure timely delivery of plans and deliverables
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills in measuring and reporting on digital marketing programs
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on campaign performance and assess against goals
  • Drive to dive into the data with curiosity about user behavior or trends, using A/B testing to prove concepts and finding creative ways to optimize programs.
  • Scale campaigns, improving the customer experience and outcomes through analyzing the effectiveness
  • Track and monitor the weekly and monthly company scorecard performance and ensure we are tracking relevant KPIs
  • Support management of the martech stack selection, for integration and efficiencies across our platforms in collaboration with our tech team
  • Website marketing management and support in collaboration with the technology team
  • Marketing management support of XML feeds, microsites, search console, Salesforce integrations, and other cross-linking platforms for growth marketing
  • Experience building strategically aligned campaigns from inception with evolving requirements
  • Manage the day-to-day online prospecting and acquisition campaigns so that they meet target KPIs including hands-on daily management of SEO and SEM
  • Identify opportunities for improving keyword expansion, bid optimization, ad copy, and adjusting landing pages
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to communicate campaign progress and updates
  • Develop proactive ideas and solutions to meet business objectives
  • Monitor activities of competitors and provide industry trends and learnings
  • Adaptable and self-motivated in learning new software and processes
  • Extreme resourcefulness to work and be self-driven in a fast-paced environment
  • Work to achieve department and individual quarterly rocks that support the company’s vision and goals
  • Identify problems and inconsistencies of content in campaigns or across channels and escalate sensitive issues as needed
  • Manage, inspire, and evaluate members reporting to this position
  • Manage quarterly and annual performance reviews for direct reports
  • Follow marketing policies and processes utilizing organizational tools, checklists, and file servers
  • Store relevant documents and folders in Google Drive, creating an effective hierarchy and naming convention.
  • Collaborate with Management and the Marketing team on creative direction for the company.
  • Work company-wide events, charities, and special sub-market events as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of digital and growth marketing experience across multiple channels
  • 5+ years of performance marketing reporting and campaign analytics
  • Understanding of best practices and emerging channels for lead generation marketing
  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and how they pertain to the success of marketing activities and campaigns
  • Experience with Martech stacks and integrating systems to run and optimize campaigns across channels
  • Expert in scaling Paid Search campaigns while maximizing profits
  • Experience building and optimizing websites a plus
