Our client in the E-Learning tech space is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic candidate to join their Customer Support team! This position is remote to start but candidates must live in the New York City area.

Position Overview

The Customer Support Associate will be assisting subscribers via email, phone, and chat. At least one-year experience in a Customer Support role or related field is required. The Customer Support Associate must also have strong communication and problem-solving skills while having the mentality to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to their subscribers. There is opportunity for growth within the Customer Support team and opportunity for permanent placement! Available shifts are from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities Of The Customer Support Associate

  • Directly interact with subscribers over the phone, email, and chat
  • Support subscribers with troubleshooting, product usage questions, and billing and subscription inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer support, and respond to subscribers with urgency
  • Cross collaborate across teams internally
  • Previous experience in a Customer Support role is required
  • Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and in writing
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must have a positive attitude and a team player mentality
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is required
