Position Summary:

Coast Medical Service is hiring a full-time Sales & Business Development Executive to identify, prospect and close deals with clients for our per diem and travel healthcare staffing agency. We are growing and looking to partner with more clients including hospitals, long term cares, skilled nursing facilities, urgent cares, surgical centers and others who will benefit from our service. You will find them, make it happen and be rewarded for your good performance.

This is a remote position; you can work from anywhere as long as you produce : )

Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively source and cultivate qualified clients through various channels including referrals, cold calling, job boards, social media and more
  • Productively prospect potential clients creating and building long lasting relationships
  • Develop strong understanding of client needs, identify mutually beneficial solution and agree in writing
  • Facilitate onboarding of client to Coast to ensure we successfully deliver from day one
  • Collaborate with client and Coast team to provide solutions to problems with top notch customer service; ensure Coast exceeds expectations
  • Achieve results and regularly surpass goals
  • Positively add to corporate culture and work hard / have fun culture

Skills + Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven success in B2B service sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales to healthcare facilities and come with a book of immediate business.
  • Strong sense of discipline and responsibility to achieve results in a remote working environment
  • Outgoing, gregarious people person who is obsessed with wooing others
  • Saavy in sourcing leads, breaking the ice and developing quality relationships
  • Good listener who asks the right questions to better understand needs and creative in finding solutions deliver for them
  • Motivated, trustworthy and persuasive, not salesy
  • Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize multiple urgent initiatives
  • Problem solving mentality and desire to consistently improve

Compensation + Benefits

  • A competitive base salary of $55,000 per year guaranteed
  • Significant performance bonus paid weekly based on gross profit generated. Bonuses should be higher than salary.
