Business development at PayrollCentric drives our growth as an industry leader within Los Angeles. Our sales team is goal-targeted and performance-oriented. You will be given the training necessary to succeed, opportunities to grow, and rewards that reflect your success.

As a Sales Representative you will:

  • Network with key decision makers in a designated territory
  • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to prospect targets
  • Target 80 dials per day / 5 meetings
  • Create proposals and contracts
  • Represent our full product suite including:

o Scheduling and payroll software

o Workers’ compensation

o Payroll and financial administration

o Payroll taxes, garnishments, and reporting

o Legal & regulatory compliance consultation

o Human resources

o Benefits insurance and administration

o Time and attendance solutions

o Employee applicant tracking

As an Outside Sales Representative you will receive:
