Sales Support Representative- Medical Supplies-remote Work 🔥


Kelly Services is seeking an experienced *Sales Support Representative* for our specialty medical solutions client based in Charleston, SC.

*This is a 100% fully remote position so qualified candidates can sit anywhere in the United States. *

Pay is $22.00/hr. with benefits available in the first 30 days. Temporary position 5-6 months, possible temp to perm. Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm schedule.



Executive Summary



The Customer Service Rep acts as the point of contact for assigned sales teams and is responsible for supporting and enhancing the customer experience by facilitating and managing the entire evaluation to order entry process.



*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *

Support the overall administration of the customer service strategy. Tasks include the coordination and implementation of the entire order management process: quoting, order and contract review, order entry, customer follow- up on product selection, facilitating manufacturing lead times, distribution schedules and customer requested ship dates, trade-in and product returns, and collection of payment information and ensuring an on-time final delivery of product to the customer.
  • Quoting: Create and maintain customer quotations
  • Order Entry: Ensuring timely placement of orders
  • Reviewing purchase orders for proper information such as payment terms, vendor address, and shipping terms.
  • Order Management: Coordinate with sales, project management, purchasing, supply chain, sales personnel, service personnel and logistics to ensure product deliver per customer expectations.
  • Supporting tasks include:
  • Maintaining order placement and timing per field inputs
  • Coordinating business to business orders and international orders and shipments.
  • For example: (Brainlab, Stryker/Mobius, Intuitive, Imris, OCI)
  • Processing internal paperwork
  • Work orders, pick tickets, dV internal traveler
  • Coordinating deliveries with service team and creating work order requests
  • Tracking and resolving backorders with logistics
  • Partnering with the credit team on invoicing discrepancies and complete credit requests when required
  • Returns: Coordinate, monitor, track returns

Additional Responsibilities Include



General Phone Support: Field incoming calls and customer inquiries and direct to appropriate department

Part identification support

Create and maintain customer history files

Other duties as assigned



Education, Experience, Qualifications And Skills

  • Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years previous customer service experience
  • Sage Quoteworks experience
  • SAP Order to Cash experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Experience with order management ERP’s (enterprise planning systems)
