The company recently closed a growth investment from Strattam Capital, is completely PROFITABLE and is embarking on an exciting new phase of growth. This includes aggressive expansion in North America with headquarters in the Boston area.



Job Overview



To support this growth, NETSTOCK is seeking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be charged with being the first contact for inbound leads. This position reports directly to the Head Of Sales, North America and will be located in the Boston area. The role represents a unique opportunity to expand the sales velocity in this most critical territory for NETSTOCK.



Outcomes/Goals

  • Connect. Make contact with new Marketing-Qualified Leads (MQLs) within five (5) minutes of receiving them during North American business hours, 90% of the time.
  • Qualify. Evaluate leads against a Budget, Authority, Needs and Timeframe (BANT) qualification criteria, resulting in a 90% conversion from Sales-Accepted Lead (SAL) to Sales-Accepted Opportunity (SAO).
  • Listen. Actively listen to the needs of our potential buyers to understand their pain points and context, and then communicate this clearly through well-written notes in Salesforce, while educating the buyer on the benefits of NETSTOCK.
  • Convert. Convert more than 25% of MQLs received (emails or phone calls) to Contacted status by making contact with the MQL through phone and email.
  • Nurture. Nurture buyers who have been returned by the account executive so that we are top of mind when the buyer is ready to proceed.



Candidate Profile

  • Prefer someone with 2-5 years of inbound lead qualifying experience.
  • Prefer someone who has direct exposure selling SaaS at volume to the SMB market.
  • Must be comfortable selling annual contract values of $6,000 to $12,000.
  • Must be comfortable handling high volumes of inbound leads.
  • Must be comfortable handling rejection.
  • Must have a proven track record of high sales performance.
  • Must have an extremely hungry and tenacious mentallity.
  • Must have the internal desire and drive to achieve goals/metrics.
  • A college education is preferred, but not required.
