Account Manager For Creative Agency 🔥
We are looking for a new Juicer to join our team as an Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing the client relationship and ensuring each client has the best experience. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver, an effective communicator, and a quick thinker.
Job Description: The purpose of this position is to manage the relationship and financials of all client accounts.
- 80% Account Management
- 20% Team Management
- 10% Billing & Invoicing
Account Management Responsibilities:
- Serve are the primary point of contact for the client
- Act as a liaison between client and Juicers
- Get to know clients and develop strong client relationships
- Assist the Project Manager in the management of large-size projects and maintains contact and updates with the Juicers to complete each project on time and within budget
- Help the Project Manager monitor project schedules and major milestone events to ensure projects are on-time
- Communicate with clients thoroughly and on a regular, consistent basis and, and ensures that projects meet or exceed client objectives
- Work directly with the Juicers to assist in agency/client communications, including:
- Understanding client pain points with empathy and working with the Juicers to find a resolution
- Helping price out deliverables in Proposals
- Enforcing agency process to ensure efficiency and compliance
- When possible, engages in new business efforts and upsells clients based on client needs
- Assist Juicers with driving revenue and financial management of the account (sending out and following up with all client invoices)

- Great time management, writing skills, and strong presentation skills
