Work From Home Customer Service Agent 🔥
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team, for the ability to Work from home! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, ranging from bill inquiries, order requests, and providing credits and taking payments, all calls are strictly Inbound calls no cold calling. 1099 position not an employee position, no benefits and no paid training. Please do not apply unless you are okay with being a 1099 and no paid training as a 1099.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (helpful but not mandatory)
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Equipment Needed:
Computer or laptop
Smartphone or tablet
Hardwired Internet connection
Noise cancelling headset
May need a landline and call center phone pad
Must pass a background check and potentially a drug test and file an affidavit of identity.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
