Corporate Communications Content Writer 🔥


The Corporate Communications Content Specialist will provide a broad range of communications and marketing support to Communiqué USA and its clients. This candidate has demonstrated experience in creating internal communications content including presentations, employee communications and briefing documents. This position reports to the VP of Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Writes, edits, and reviews internal communications including blog posts for people related stories, newsletter announcement items, webpage content, event invitations, job postings, and learning opportunities.

· Review and edit communications drafted by internal stakeholders and make recommendations to ensure messaging is consistent with strategy and tone

· Work directly with project managers to create and manage content in various communications channels and internal audiences.

· Develop content ideas and messages for various clients as assigned.

· Collaborate with vendors, agencies and contractors for the development of content materials or other related communications projects.

· Ensure that Communiqué-branded content work is relevant, engaging and effective.

· Interface with clients and their cross-functional departments as part of the Communiqué project team, as appropriate.

· Work collaboratively with other Communiqué team members on client projects.

· Attends status meetings, as required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.

· 3-5 years of experience in copywriting and content development experience in a corporate communications capacity.

  • Ability to effectively work to tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrable ability to work with different personalities and work styles.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Superior professionalism and judgement with a strong work ethic.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.
