Customer Service Representative - Remote 🔥
Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is searching for 100% remote Customer Support Agents to support government funeral assistance for COVID-19. As a Customer Support Agent, you will serve as a direct point of contact for individuals registering for Funeral Assistance for COVID-19, asking questions about a prior registration and seeking relief program referrals via the call center.
Agents may be tasked with the following duties.
· Answering inbound calls for Funeral Registration Intake and Funeral Helpline
· Associating inbound documents with the appropriate case
· Performing outbound calls to funeral homes, doctors/hospitals, etc. to confirm the authenticity of submitted documents
· Performing initial case reviews.
Desired Skills and Experience
· At least 6 months of experience in a call center or professional customer service role
· Display excellent communication and customer service skills and exhibit a high level of professionalism in all communications, such as reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
· Knowledge and experience with personal computers in a Microsoft Windows-based environment.
· Must have stable WIFI / Internet connectivity from working area
· Ability to show patience and empathy, and be nonjudgmental towards distressed individuals
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills; sound judgment and attention to detail
Education:
- GED or High School Diploma is preferred
