Recruiting Coordinator

The Curriculum (Your Role):Seesaw is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract to Hire) to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this role you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to handle a majority of our recruitment coordination efforts and provide the best candidate experience possible. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic to roll up their sleeves to help connect candidates with Seesaw and help build company culture and camaraderie.
Your Classmates (The Team):The Talent Acquisition Team is comprised of a full desk Talent Acquisition Lead and a resourceful Talent Acquisition Sourcer who you will work alongside with to help create an excellent candidate experience and continue to build the team at Seesaw. This is a contractor position with the opportunity to grow into a permanent role with more responsibilities as needed.
Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):
- Support the recruiting team with interview scheduling and coordination needs
- Communicate with candidates & internal teams to schedule various parts of the interview process
- Keep our recruiting systems (i.e. Lever, Gem, LinkedIn, A-List) up to date and support recruiters with ad-hoc projects
- Help out with cross-functional projects on an as-needed basis
- Maintain and promote our creative and passionate culture
Prerequisites (The Requirements):
- 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role or similar experience
- You are innovative, proactive, and come up with multiple solutions when faced with a challenge
- You are a strong communicator, are extremely detail oriented, and resourceful
- You are organized and keep track of multiple projects at once
- You have a passion for people and a "forever learning" mindset
