You are:

A Ambitious Contributor who can help fulfill the day-to-day and long-term needs of the marketing department. You are a Proactive individual who will support the marketing team in achieving their business goals.



You will:

  • Support the marketing team in the execution of integrated campaigns; this can include
    • Submitting requests to creative and development teams, and helping facilitate discussions around questions
    • Proofreading marketing materials
    • Assisting with email marketing campaigns from initiation and setup to obtaining reporting
    • Contributing to social media calendars, obtaining reports, and locating imagery as needed
    • Performing maintenance on data and segmenting lists
    • Overseeing translation of copy
    • Performing research and “secret shopping” of ecommerce retailers
    • Assisting with direct mail campaigns including obtaining print and fulfillment quotes, placing orders, and occasional fulfilling and mailing
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing and disseminating notes
  • Facilitating approvals of various plans and project elements
  • Setting up marketing vendors with legal and accounts payable
  • Assisting with completion of presentations and timelines



Your background:



As a Marketing Coordinator, you have:

  • At least one year of experience, which may include internships, preferably in marketing
  • Proficient to advanced user of Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Well organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize multiple projects and requests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive and effective working relationships
  • Self-motivated and responsible
  • Solution-oriented
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player
