Senior Product Manager 🔥

CloudFactory is scaling up and growing fast, with $78 million in venture capital investment and offices on four continents. We’re looking for talented people to join us on our mission as we earn, learn and serve our way to becoming leaders worth following.

As we continue to scale we are seeking 2 Senior Product Managers for both our Client Solutions and CloudWorker Solutions products who will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, roadmap, key KPIs and the P&L for Cloudfactory’s Products and Services. Bringing all key stakeholders together in support of the roadmap. Driving a culture of design thinking in pursuit of your portfolio and he full lifecycle of your products from conception to end of life

CloudFactory is on a mission to connect talented people in the developing world to digital opportunities, by inventing cloud labor in a similar way that Amazon invented cloud computing. We use a combination of the latest technologies, proven processes and people who care to enable a scalable, efficient and high-quality data work for our worldwide clients. Because we are scaling fast, you will need to be comfortable with change, will need to be able to derive insights and value from incomplete or imperfect data, and will need to be the kind of person who takes initiative rather than waiting for others to act. If you thrive in a high-growth, dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment you would fit right in!

Performance Objectives:

Client Tech:

1. Assess and report on the state of CloudFactory’s existing Client Products and Services. During the first six weeks, work with members of the Product, Design, Marketing, Customer and Platform Engineering teams to understand and report on how the end-to-end client journeys are being met by the business and received by the customer. This report will include a ‘first impressions’ analysis of the areas of concern (if any) with respect to process, data or design.

2. Own the client side roadmap of Product and Services. CloudFactory has a number of propositions that are delivered through people, process and technology. Within two months of starting, the Senior Product Manager will need to have grasped the fundamentals of our client needs and represented these with a roadmap driven by objectives and key results that is supported by its key stakeholders.

3. Define the client side Products and Services KPIs. Cloudfactory relies on data to make informed decisions. As the Senior Product Manager you will be expected to own the KPIs for your portfolio, publish them regularly, drive their adoption across the business and use them to steer the direction of your portfolio. Within six weeks you will be expected to publish these KPIs.

4. Establish a client side product working group with key stakeholders. You will need to collect, manage and maintain traceability of needs from all stakeholders, internal and external to the business.
