About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Client Services Team Lead to join us. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Client services function to ensure our partners have a high level of care
  • Being responsible for managing a Client Executive, and assisting with building out a team
  • Improving the client service process, and adjusting where necessary
  • Responding to client queries and issues
  • Providing Administrative support to the Account Management function
