People Operations Coordinator
**Due to onsite office responsibilities this position is limited to candidates who can travel daily to our Downtown San Francisco office**

The Curriculum (Your Role): Seesaw is looking for a dedicated People Operations Coordinator contractor to join our People Team. In this role you will work closely with our HR team to oversee our office operations, work with vendors, support administrative needs, and provide the best employee experience possible. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic to roll up their sleeves to solve challenging problems, build company culture and camaraderie, and have strong organization skills.
Your Classmates (The Team): The People Team is a dedicated group who works alongside each other to help build our team and culture. This is a contractor position with the opportunity to grow into a permanent role with more responsibilities as needed.
Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day office operations and logistics
- Help out with administrative tasks as neededÂ
- Maintain device management and fulfill employee IT requestsÂ
- Help out with cross-functional projects on an as-needed basis
- Oversee the planning and communication of virtual and in person events (when safe to do so)
- Maintain and promote our creative and passionate cultureÂ
Prerequisites (The Requirements):
- 1+ years experience in an office manager or administrative capacity
- You are innovative, proactive, and come up with multiple solutions when faced with a challengeÂ
- You are a strong communicator, are extremely detail oriented, and resourcefulÂ
- You have a passion for people and a "forever learning" mindset
- You enjoy planning fun events and making sure people are happy and taken care of
