- Creates positive customer touchpoints using friendly, respectful, and professional tone while exhibiting genuine empathy
- Effectively answer questions related to COVID, COVID vaccine registry, appointment scheduling or verification, etc.
- Gather information from customers to help get them registered for appointments or notifications.
- Accurately documents customer interaction details with limited errors
- Deliver amazing customer service
- Previous call center and customer service experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of patience and emotional intelligence
- Advanced computer and phone skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Sustained ability to work remotely during either a 7am- 4pm CSt or 10am to 7pm CST shift
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude
- Ability to begin work immediately
