Position Overview

We are looking for an extraordinarily motivated Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. We believe in a complete cycle of customer success, improved revenue, and overall company growth. Location: This is a remote opportunity and open to applicants nationwide.



Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of over 150+ accounts and interact directly with customers via phone, promoting customer satisfaction, product adoption, retention, and renewals.
  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal.
  • Develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies with a retention focus in mind.
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate strong account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closure.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify risk and successfully forecast realistic renewal rates.
  • Be an expert negotiator using AbacusNext subscription, support, and service packages to provide value to the client and AbacusNext.
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues.
  • This role does not have any direct reports or managerial responsibilities.
