The impact you will have:

  • Lead a team to revolutionize the way consumer marketing is done for restaurants
  • Analyze earned and paid media traffic to understand and optimize ad performance based on target demographics and consumer behavior
  • Drive strategy and execution for acquiring repeat customers through loyalty programs and promotional offers
  • Develop strategic processes to collaborate with other departments
  • Create an ongoing trend analysis for menu items, menu pricing with data team
  • Monitor and maintain promotional spend and tracking within delivery apps
  • Implement direct mail initiatives (list segmentation, management, execution, tracking)
  • Build and develop a strategic geo targeting campaign
  • Collaborate across Brand Development, Brand Management, Engineering and Creative teams
  • Identify new partners or platforms to drive higher customer retention

What you bring to the role:

  • 12+ years of experience in restaurant or consumer marketing
  • Demonstrated experience implementing loyalty programs and customer retention plans
  • Data driven strategy success
  • Experience identifying and reporting P&L findings
  • Ability to strategize, collaborate, and prioritize across teams
  • Flexibility, adaptability, team-player, highly collaborative
  • Proficient with Google Suite
  • Agency ad buying experience a plus
