We are now hiring Remote, Work from Home Member Service Representative! As part of our dynamic Member Service Representative team you will provide world class customer service to our members via inbound calls. You will assist them with questions surrounding their coverage, updating relevant account information, or helping resolve any inquiries they may have! Training Completion Bonus! Upon successful completion of onboarding paperwork and attendance of your paid training, you will receive our $100 Training Completion Bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality member care by following departmental procedures, and client guidelines
  • Meet established performance goals in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, compliance, and attendance
  • Must maintain attendance for first 60 days of employment; attendance is critical during training and nesting period
  • Ensure compliance with established BroadPath, Client, and HIPAA regulations

Basic Qualifications

  • 4.5 years of Customer Service Experience or 2 Year Associate degree with 2.5 years of Customer Service Experience or 4 Year Bachelor degree with 6 months of Customer Service Experience
  • Strong computer & telephone multitasking skills including: the ability to effectively search for and type information in on the computer, navigate through multiple window tabs and screens quickly, while inputting the information accurately, and keeping pace while conducting calls with customers
  • You possess empathy, patience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic are critical to your success
  • You are committed to the BroadPath Culture of Connection and Communication; you possess excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent attendance and strict adherence to daily schedules is required to be successful in the job
  • You are responsible to provide a minimum 19” or larger Monitor with VESA mount, ethernet cable, wired mouse, and keyboard (optional), BroadPath will provide a laptop, Bhive camera, USB wired headset, and USB hub
  • You must maintain a hardwired internet connection with minimum speed of 15 Mbps Download and 5 Mbps Upload
