Digital Marketing Analyst 🔥
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and report on digital channel success metrics such as SEO, SEM and Social Media Conversion Rates
- Partner with internal marketing team and external agencies to structure, launch and manage campaign measurements using AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and other third-party advertising platforms including ongoing optimizations and testing
- Help lead our Digital Analytics transformation to a full-stack single source of truth across online and offline distribution channels
- Perform comprehensive analysis to develop an in-depth understanding of our digital products, content, and patients and provide data-driven recommendations by market
- Review Marketing toolset and make recommendations on which tool should be used for each marketing journey based on data integration, system capability and user experience
EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of data analytics experience, preferably in marketing and digital marketing
- Prior experience driving results through effective online campaigns including data mining, segmentation and personalization
- Previous experience with Google Adwords and web analytics software
- Experience setting up and implementing A/B testing
- Experience analyzing and tracking multiple data points across platforms and sources, while coming to actionable conclusions based upon the data
- Understanding of lead/demand generation, lead nurturing, lead management and CRM
- Experience in e-commerce site and new customer strategies
