Assist a growing international company of Marketing Program leads with Marketing logistics and support

Location: Remote (specific states only)

Compensation: Based on 2-3 years of experience.

Hours/Duration: Full-time (roughly 40 hr/wk) ongoing

Liaison Creative + Marketing has an ongoing remote employee opportunity for a Marketing Project Coordinator to assist a large and growing B2B Tech firm with a range of system and platform-based marketing tasks. This position supports this industry-leading network test and measurement company in their efforts to deliver powerful marketing content and to message to technology audiences globally. This is a great fit for someone based in CA, MN, TX, UT, or TN looking to leverage 1-3 years of intensive multitasking experience in a marketing setting (including internships) and grow long-term in a technology marketing career.

  • Receive, prioritize, schedule, and complete project and tasks requests from Marketing Communications program leaders across several national and international time zones
  • Manage the job ticket input process Submit marketing job tickets to internal
  • Submit, manage and follow tickets for support from internal supplier teams across these groups: Creative Services (document preparation, graphics, presentations)Marketing Automation (emails, form creation, leads uploads), Web (website updates), Events (physical or virtual events, webinars)
  • Submit purchase requests รขย€ย“ prepare supporting documentation, complete request forms, follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Manage leads lists put them into the correct format, submit them for upload to the marketing automation system (Eloqua)
  • Manage logistics for webinars on the company's webinar platform (Zoom). This is not an events role
  • Post prepared content to blog platform (WordPress)
  • Light proofreading and editing of content as needed

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • 2-3 years of intensive multitasking experience in a marketing setting
  • Demonstrated success in the handling of large numbers of projects for multiple stakeholders
  • Experience reading and interpreting marketing dashboards a huge plus
  • Prior experience working from home and supporting large global organizations a huge plus
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field

Skills:

  • Highly responsive to communications once a project has started
  • Exceptional collaboration and client-services skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
  • Experience with any enterprise marketing systems and platforms, e.g., ticketing systems, webinar platforms, blogging platforms, social media platforms, sales intranets and newsletters
