- Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
- Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters
- Track, measure and report on campaign results
- Oversee companyβs career site and suggest improvements
- Project Manage between Employer Branding team and Creative team to attain creative assets
- Strategize and implement new content for new employee engagement via web/micro-sites
- Previous working experience (2-4 years) preferably as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, or recruiter with interest in marketing
- Marketing or Advertising backgrounds are also welcomed to apply
- MA degree in Human resources, Marketing, PR or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
- Strong written and communication skills
