Marketing Account Manager πŸ”₯

Digital David G is a small but fast-growing digital marketing agency. We hire smart, humble, and great humans who have a passion for helping their clients and their community. As a small agency, we are looking for team members who are themselves looking for a fun, relaxed work environment which values their long-term growth and work-life balance.

We’re looking for a marketing account manager who will be responsible for helping maintain and grow client and agency projects. Marketing account manager responsibilities include helping the agency manage its clients to grow margins and revenue, working directly with internal and client teams to meet business and marketing goals, and communicating daily with both teams to coordinate projects, produce deliverables, and make sure all tasks are completed on time. To be successful in this role, you should have advanced hands-on experience with marketing tools and be able to work independently to build, grow, and maintain a book of business. You'll work directly with David (Owner, CEO & CMO) to craft proposals, project plans, strategies, budgets, and presentations to pitch, win, and manage client engagements. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

This role is ideal for someone either in a part-time role looking for additional hours or looking to fully transition into a new role. We encourage you to apply even if you have another job, but you must be available to communicate with the internal team and with clients in a timely manner. While you are not expected to know everything on this job description, you should have enough experience to figure it out yourself, direct the team to do so, or find someone in your network or elsewhere who can advise on the best client solutions. You should need minimal support from David to execute internal and client initiatives. You will be an integral part in Monday team meetings and check in with David throughout the week on any roadblocks to producing results.
