Customer Service Supervisor 🔥


We are currently hiring four (4) Supervisors to oversee groups of remote agents across the state of Washington.



Job Duties:

  • Training and Coaching of Remote Agents, including 1:1 and small groups
  • Perform data quality checks
  • Manage and evaluate quality assurance to meet key performance indicators
  • Troubleshoot with agents on active calls
  • Handle escalated conversations
  • Oversee delivery of 1:1 or small group training
Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience supervising customer service agents
  • Ability to show empathy towards distressed individuals
  • Experience in de-escalation of intense conversations
  • Experience in solving complex problems
  • Strong computer skills - experience using databases and MS excel
  • Work from home set up that includes a quiet, private work space
Location: Remote (must live in Washington State)



Pay: $24-25/hour DOE
