Kenna Security is seeking an enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player with experience in the cybersecurity industry to play a key role in supporting our sales team, partners, and customers. In this role you will help conduct competitive analysis, manage product launches, develop messaging, and create collateral and sales tools for Kenna’s portfolio of SaaS security solutions.
This is a high impact and creative position that reports to the Director of Product Marketing.

What are some of the interesting problems you'll be working on:

  • Assist in the selling efforts of sales, SE’s, and channel partners by building effective sales tools and training materials such as presentations, videos, and competitive battlecards
  • Understand and map the buyer’s journey to develop relevant, targeted content that will drive and accelerate the buyer’s process and customer
  • Help plan the launch of new products and releases and be a key stakeholder in the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Understand the customer experience to develop content that supports customer
  • Create product collateral such as data sheets, solution briefs, thought leadership papers, customer-facing presentations, and blogs
  • Work closely with product management
  • Review competitive offerings to drive ongoing differentiation and inform product development efforts
  • Support marketing efforts by planning, creating and executing content for SKO, tradeshows and other customer facing events

What does it take to work at Kenna:

  • 5+ years in B2B security product marketing or related roles
  • Cyber security domain
  • Ability to think outside-the-box and come up with fresh and new ideas for messaging
  • Excellent written communication and presentation
  • Passion for learning about new technologies including getting hands-on with products to inform messaging and content creation
  • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Detail oriented and analytical with an ability to thrive in a high growth
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Prior start up experience
  • Travel required for this role
