Project Description:

The Unemployment Claims Processors will actively assist the State in processing unemployment claims.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from unemployment applicants, perform chat services, follow scripts, and process claims
  • Outbound calls as needed to assist with claim information
  • Resource will take inbound calls from unemployment applicants, perform chat services, follow scripts, and process claims
  • Document all encounters in clear and concise logs
  • Develop the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Meet individual performance standards/metrics
  • Other task as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of call center and or customer service and data entry experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Typing speed of at least 30 wpm
  • Must be willing to work normal business hours and occasional weekend days as needed
  • Must be within 90 miles from a local Accenture office
  • Must be based in either EST, CST, or MST (Time Zones)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Unemployment claims processing experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a professional call center environment
