Exceptional growth in this logistics firm is driving the need for a Key Account Team Lead to work with and lead the remote customer support teams. The ideal candidate for the Key Account Team Lead is someone who is experienced hiring, managing and training customer service teams. This person will be the point person for the transition to a new ticketing system. This manager is able to identify problems quickly and jump in to resolve it before it becomes a crisis. They are natural leaders who people look to for assistance because they stay calm and focus on fixing the problem. They are constantly monitoring, measuring and documenting performance and outcomes to maximize efficiency. They work well with all internal departments to ensure client expectations are clear and they notify all stakeholders quickly if there is a problem.



Qualifications:

  • 5 years customer service or account management experience
  • BS degree preferred
  • Experienced using ticketing system; Zendesk preferred;
  • 3+ years of eCommerce experience
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must know MS Office Suite
