Summary:



(On-Site or Remote Work Available)



We are looking for an iFit Support Site Manager who is excited about customer relations and providing a positive support experience through the management of our support website. You will be responsible for the iFit support site to identify and address areas of concern, as well as update and maintain articles to help our members find answers to their questions.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following:



  • Communicate regularly with our support team around customer issues



  • Manage and maintain our support site through writing, publishing, and organizing support articles.



  • Report and document issues regularly



  • Implement customer support best practices to improve and optimize the customer experience on the support site

 

Qualifications: 



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Creative writing skills



  • Strong interdepartmental communication skills



  • Experience generating and interpreting analytical reports



  • Ability to scour all iFit customer-facing channels to identify issues customers may be experiencing (i.e. social media, product and software reviews, etc)



  • Passion for listening to customers and helping to resolve their concerns



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 



  • High school diploma or equivalent College degree in English, business, or public relations.



  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field



  • 2+ years of experience using the support management software Zendesk and other social listening tools.
