Senior Help Desk
Responsible for helpdesk and/or desktop support for internal systems. Experience with 1st and/or 2nd level support. Strong customer service/interpersonal skills. Must have technical, metric driven support experience.
Main Tech:
- MS Office
- Exchange Email
- Remedy Ticketing System
- SCCM for remote
- Windows 8.1, migrating to 10 currently
Must have experience:
- Phone support
- Metric driven chat support (chat rooms such as MS Teams and Skype won't qualify)
- Strong technical background
Plus Skills:
- Salesforce CRM
- Mac Experience
*Must have strong, reliable internet connection, this role will be fully-remote until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted
