This Customer Service representatives will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls from insurance members, providers and pharmacies. They will be supporting their client, Medicare. Their main focus is customer service and satisfaction! SOFT SKILLS ARE NEEDED. Questions asked will be in regards to Eligibility, Benefit inquiries and claim inquiries call.
Calls are mainly providers (doctors, hospitals, clinics, ambulance services, labs...)
Average calls are 6-10 minutes long. Some calls may be up to 1 hour, 2 minutes at shortest.
6 month contract to hire position. Must be in a 2 hour distance from Jessup, PA to pick up equipment.
