Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Remote

Rate: $15/hr, 40 hours per week.

Training: 4 week training program



JOB DESCRIPTION:

This energetic and empathetic customer support individual will work directly with customers in an online forum. This is a fast paced work environment that will allow you to utilize your knowledge of fashion, fashion design, or other personal knowledge of fashion clothing to help solve customer inquires. A successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with external and internal customers utilizing strong written and verbal communication while focusing on customer satisfaction.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Moderate all customer contacts and respond to email, telephone, chat, and online chat queries.

Meets or exceeds quality and productivity goals assigned by management

Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication

Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light

Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for telephone, chat and email response and service levels

Follows company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately

Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures.

Uses customer service tools in order to provide an accurate response and an exceptional customer experience

Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly. Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service

Proactively communicates system and process issues, and customer feedback trends to management

Exceeds customer expectations by going above and beyond all



REQUIRED:

Completed BA/BS preferred
