Customer Support Specialist 🔥
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will play a heavy hand in not just maintaining a thorough level of communication with our internal team, but also with our clients providing support via phone and email, listening to their questions, comments, and/or concerns, problem solving, troubleshooting, and providing resolution that overall enhance their entire experience. The ideal candidate is someone that is self motivated, friendly and energetic, and prioritizes learning about our products, services and systems in order to perform this position even more effectively. Ongoing training is of course provided to assist in the learning and development process.
What You Need for this Position
- 1+ years of professional customer service, call center or support experience
- Excellent, upbeat, and personable attitude and problem solving skills!
- Full Time Salary + Benefits
- Ability to work remote until it's safe to return to work due to Covid19
